  • Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

  • Once payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent containing your order number and details.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Coverage: We deliver to all regions within Australia only; orders to other countries are not supported.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders of AUD 180 or less incur a flat fee of AUD 15.99. Orders over AUD 180 qualify for free shipping.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated shipping time is 7-15 business days after dispatch.

  • Carrier: UPS handles all shipments.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • 48-hour Policy: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours; we will process the cancellation immediately.

  • After 48 hours: For orders beyond 48 hours, we suggest waiting for delivery and using our return process for refunds.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed using the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Eligible Conditions: Damaged appearance, quality issues, odors, severe color differences, incorrect items, or no reason.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos.

    2. Our team will review your request and provide a return address if approved.

    3. Ship the item back to the designated address and wait for receipt.

    4. Upon inspection, refunds will be arranged if conditions are met.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Request an exchange with order details and supporting evidence.

    2. Receive approval and return instructions.

    3. Return the item to the specified address.

    4. Verified items will be replaced and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Return Labels: Approved returns will include a return label for tracking and proper handling.

  • Refunds: Processed within 1-3 business days after receipt confirmation; refunded to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

  • Shipping Costs: Returns due to defects, damage, or incorrect items are covered by us. Returns without reason require the customer to bear shipping costs.

  • Liability: We are responsible for inspecting and processing all returns fairly and efficiently.
