Delivery Coverage: We deliver across all regions of Australia. Deliveries outside Australia are not supported.

Shipping Fees: Orders over AUD 180 qualify for free shipping. Orders of AUD 180 or less are charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 15.99.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM or on non-business days are processed starting the next business day.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: Total delivery time is 7-15 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Carrier: UPS handles all shipments.

Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number and shipping information. You can track your order on our website by entering your email address or phone number and order number.
Return and Exchange Process
