Delivery Coverage
Nestplena currently provides delivery services within Australia only. We ship to all states and territories across Australia.
At this time, international shipping outside Australia is not available.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total:

Orders exceeding AUD 180 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders totaling AUD 180 or below are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 15.99.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders submitted before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and courier operations.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or regional logistics limitations.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS to ensure secure and trackable delivery.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Responsibility And Liability

Order Modifications Or Cancellations: Requests to modify shipping details or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Delivery Upon Receipt
Upon receiving your package, please:
