Conditions for Order Cancellation
Orders placed with Nestplena (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) can be canceled under the following conditions:

Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be canceled directly.

Orders that have exceeded 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be canceled immediately. In this case, customers may wait for delivery and contact us to arrange a return and refund.

Orders with special delivery instructions cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Any requests for cancellation must be submitted as soon as possible to improve processing efficiency.
Order Cancellation Process

Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request cancellation, providing your order number and payment proof.

Our team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you immediately and arrange the refund.

We may request additional information if necessary to verify the order.
Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the same card used for payment (Visa, MasterCard).

Processing Time: Depending on the card issuer, refunds are expected to be completed within 1-3 business days.

Delayed Refunds: If your refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact us to resolve the issue.

All refunds are issued in the original payment currency.

Once the order is canceled, tracking information for shipping may no longer be available.

For orders already shipped, returned items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.
